ナカタニ ユウコ Yuko Nakatani
熊本県生まれ、青森県育ち。CG系専門学校を卒業後、1992年よりグラフィックデザイナーとしてゲーム会社勤務。主な仕事にネオジオポケット版「月華の剣士」(2000)等（グラフィックの一部がこちらやこちらで観られます）。2000年に退職、渡米。2003年よりマサチューセッツ芸術大学 Massachusettes College of Art [Wikipedia] / [Official Web Site]で2D Paintingを学び、2006年に卒業（BFA/美術学士）。現在神戸市在住。グラフィック・アーティスト、フリーランス・デザイナー／イラストレーター。個展や共同展を不定期に開くかたわら、イラストカット（学術系を含む）、イベントでの似顔絵描きなどの仕事も請け負っています
Born in Kumamoto, and grown up in Aomori. After graduating from a computer collage, I worked for a game graphic company as a graphic designer. I worked on such projects as Gekka-No-Kenshi (you can see the package design in here, and some screenshots in here. I left the company for the U.S.A. in 2000 Fall. Then I studied fine arts at Massachusetts College of Art, and graduated from it with BFA in May, 2006. I live in Kobe as a freelance artist.
最近は主にアクリル、紙、糊などを組み合わせた複合メディア作品をやっています。その他、油彩、水彩などの他、CG（Photoshop等）、似顔絵。
I like using acrylic with paper and glue. Sometimes enjoy drawing using photoshop.
